Scott is a real estate and corporate attorney with offices in West Hartford, Connecticut. Scott has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Connecticut for over 20 years. As a real estate and corporate attorney, Scott has represented buyers and sellers in thousands of real estate transactions. Scott assists his clients in purchases, sales, leasing and financing of real estate, together with zoning and land use matters. As a commercial building owner, Scott understands the issues associated with owning, leasing, and managing commercial real estate. Scott serves as a Director of Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company and is the founder and President Emeritus of the West Hartford Little League. In addition, Scott has served as President of the West Hartford Youth Soccer Association and has coached with that organization for over 20 years. Scott is also Co-founder and director of The Grounds, Inc. a Connecticut non-profit organization formed to provide the West Hartford, Connecticut high school students with a safe place to socialize with their peers.
